Zamerio Limited is an Irish software company. We build and fix websites, accessible digital services and custom software for public bodies in Ireland, the UK, Portugal and Malta.
Fixed price per stage; each stage closes with your written approval. You own what we make once each stage is paid.
What we deliver
Our services in procurement terms. Each tender gets its own fixed price, with payment terms set in the contract. No VAT is added: the price shown is what you pay.
Discovery.
A working prototype and a fixed price for the build, before you commit to it. From €2,500, credited against the build.
Service assessment.
What is wrong with an existing system and what fixing it costs, then fixed-price stages to upgrade, secure and document it. From €1,500, credited against the first fix.
Accessibility audit (WCAG 2.2 AA).
Tested by a person and by software, with a prioritised fix list. EN 301 549 (version 3.2.1) sets WCAG 2.1 level AA as its requirement for web pages; WCAG 2.2 is the newer version of the same guidelines. From €1,500.
Custom software and integrations.
Applications, APIs and data feeds built to an approved specification, with automated tests, a runbook and full source code, yours once each stage is paid. Fixed price per stage.
Websites.
Public websites that work on phones, checked at 375, 768 and 1280 px, and fixes to the site you already have.
Test automation.
Automated tests and pipeline checks added to an existing system, so future changes ship with evidence.
How the contract protects you
Zamerio Limited was incorporated on 30 October 2026. As a new company we have no public-sector contract references yet, so the safeguards sit in the contract itself.
Small fixed-price stages.
Each stage closes with your written approval, then its invoice.
Stop after any stage.
You can stop after any stage and owe nothing for stages not started.
In your accounts from day one.
Accounts and domain are set up in your name. The code is yours once each stage is paid. Our access is removed at handover.
Every change checked.
A change merges only after type checks, automated tests, a secret scan and a dependency vulnerability scan pass.
A written security standard.
OWASP ASVS 4.0.3 Level 1 by default, Level 2 on request, and the UK NCSC secure development guidance. We hold no security certification.
Accessibility, reported honestly.
WCAG 2.2 AA is the target. Our statements say "partially conformant" until a full manual audit passes.
In writing.
A weekly written status report, a decisions log and a change log. We work remotely; on-site time is by agreement and priced into the bid.

Can you work under a larger supplier?
Yes, as a declared subcontractor, under the same checks. Any subcontractor we use is declared in our bid.
