I don't know what I need. Can you still help?
Yes. Tell us what takes too long or goes wrong. We reply with the smallest first step and its price, or tell you if a ready-made tool already does it.
Should I just buy a ready-made CRM?
Often, yes: if one fits how you work, it costs less. Custom makes sense when your process doesn't fit, or you pay for tools that don't talk to each other. The health check tells you which.
How much does it cost?
First steps start from €1,200. After that, every step has a fixed price set from a health check, a call or a prototype. You never get an open-ended bill. No VAT is added: the price shown is what you pay.
Who owns the code?
You do, once each step is paid. The code lives in your own account from the first step.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, if the tool lets other software connect to it, as most accounts, invoicing and email tools do. We check that before we quote.
Do you build online shops or app-store apps?
No. For orders and appointments we link to the tool you already use.
